Hunan Xinyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise with R&D, production and operation of high-performance carbon/carbon composite products. It was established in Quyuan Management District, Yueyang City, Hunan Province in November 2011.
The company has a technically stable R&D and management team. By increasing investment in scientific and technological innovation and R&D, it has mastered a set of perfect application technology of carbon/carbon composite preparation process. There are three large-scale production bases in Huxingshan, Agricultural Science Park in Quyuan Management District and Baotou, Inner Mongolia. The company has achieved mass production. The company owns nearly 20 national patents, forming a series of products with completely independent intellectual property rights. The company has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, and won the honors of Hunan New Material Enterprise, National High-tech Enterprise, Hunan Little Giant Enterprise and National Little Giant Enterprise with Specialization, Refinement, Characteristic and Novelty. It is the designated cooperative unit of Industry-University-Research Base of Central South University, National 973 Project Heat Source System and High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor Project of Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology of Tsinghua University, and was listed as Yueyang Engineering Technology Research Center in 2019.
The carbon/carbon composite products produced by the company are mainly used in the thermal field system of monocrystalline silicon furnace (including crucible, upper crucible, draft tube, insulation tube, insulation board and heater, etc.), polycrystalline ingot furnace thermal field system (including insulation board, top plate, cover plate and fasteners, etc.), and powder metallurgy sintering/pressure furnace thermal field system (including pressure insulation tube, insulation board and protection board, etc.) in the solar photovoltaic industry, with a total of more than 20 product series.
